Jurassic World (2015) – Don’t worry. It’s gonna be just like taking a walk in the woods… 65 million years ago.

Director: Colin Trevorrow

Rated PG-13 for intense sequences of science-fiction violence and peril

Genre  Action & Adventure, Mystery & Suspense,Science Fiction & Fantasy

In the light of our recent uncertainty of our roller coast rides in UK I dare you to go and see the latest attraction to hit our screens! The long awaited follow -up, franchise, saga, sequel, part 4 (call it what you like!!) has finally caught up with the present time!

Jurassic World opens 22 years later promising us a whole new wild experience with the additional ‘wow’ factor of great artwork and CGI (Computer Generated Imagery). But what happens when science tries to resurrect the past? CHAOS!

The formula is the same – looking at relationships whether beast or man, good or bad or whether they were missed opportunities and how one tries to justify ones actions.

I have to say not being a fan of Jurassic movies, sub consciously they have been in the back of my mind since the first screening in 1993. But this one made me look back and run. Jurassic World had me engaged all the time, I never felt distracted or bored with the contents. It was refreshing and done very tastefully.

From a child’s point of view, the suspense of the loose beast would have me hiding, not just behind my popcorn but inside!!

Great acting by the young thespians, and by Owen (Chris Pratt) who seems to have bonded with the Raptors. I almost felt as if the Raptors spoke to me and I was desperate to answer them. I wonder if you will feel like that.
